Our service is aimed at everyone: complete beginners, meditators who have skipped their practice for several weeks, meditators with an established practice but a beginner's mind, or even experts seeking new teaching approaches.
Some of you will already have meditated, either alone or during an introductory course or even as part of an MBSR or MBCT programme.
If this describes you, view our initial sessions as a brief, condensed reintroduction to the major principles of meditation. What's important is to make your practice regular, and this reintroduction can help you to achieve this and to make your practice more regular or renew your motivation.
However, if the first Petit BamBou sessions seem too short, the guidance too long-winded or the content too familiar, you can simply move on to the other programmes intended for everyone and which should be more appropriate for your needs.
