It's very easy:

  • Stop
  • Devote some time to yourself
  • Deliberately direct your attention to the current instant, and particularly to your own experience of it:
  • inside you (breathing, sensations, thoughts, default reactions) or around you (sound, odors etc.)
  • without any filters, without judgement, without expectations, without adding any additional layers, without resistance and without getting caught up in what's going on
