Just like meditation, there are as many rhythms and frequencies as there are people who practice! The best pace is the one you manage to maintain. Just like in sport (or meditation), it is the regularity that counts.
There is no limit to this principle, knowing that each session must be a personal break in your day.
Even if there is no restriction to the practice of breathing, it is important never to force it. In case of difficulties, we invite you to return to your natural breathing.
It is best to start the exercises by taking the time to discover them at your own pace and to listen to yourself. Remember, practice should always be enjoyable.
Furthermore, we advise you not to practice the exercise several times in a row, it is possible to repeat the exercise 3 times in one day but not consecutively. It is not about performance but about getting the body used to (re-)engaging a process and this takes time.
