To breathe is to create with the living.
Through practice, breathing allows us to regulate our heart rate, supply oxygen to the tissues, cells and neurons, stimulate our hormones and, depending on the situation, support our movement or relax.
Its impact on our metabolism will therefore also have a major effect on our emotional balance.
By respecting this cycle, directed by our breathing, we encourage our organism to maintain itself in a favorable state, which takes less energy, and which is more respectful of our vital functions and cellular aging. All this ultimately results in a more serene state of mind.
