Monthly SOLO subscription to an annual or lifetime SOLO subscription
  1. Log in to https://www.petitbambou.com/en/app/account?st=sb

  2. Click on "Change plan." If the button does not appear, contact us here.

  3. Choose your new subscription plan (Annual Solo or Lifetime Solo) by clicking on "Choose."

  4. Enter your bank details, confirm, and that's all!

  5. You will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes.

Annual SOLO subscription to Lifetime SOLO subscription
  1. Log in to https://www.petitbambou.com/en/app/account?st=sb

  2. Click on "Change plan." If the button does not appear, contact us here.

  3. Choose your new subscription plan (Lifetime Solo) by clicking on "Choose."

  4. Enter your bank details, confirm, and that's it!

  5. You will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes.

SOLO half-yearly subscription to SOLO monthly, annual, or lifetime subscription
The half-yearly subscription is managed solely by Google and Apple. You will therefore need to unsubscribe from your current subscription to cancel the automatic renewal, so that you can take out a new one at the end of the subscription period.

  1. To do so, in the Petit BamBou app:
    • Click on "Me" at the bottom right
    • Then on the cogwheel ⚙️ at the top right
    • Manage subscription
    • Click on "Cancel renewal" or "Manage in Apple/Google Store."

  2. Once your access has expired, you can return to our website to resubscribe and pick up where you left off.

  3. An email will be sent to you within a few minutes to confirm your request after payment.

  4. We apologize if the process is a little complicated—Google/Apple and our systems work differently.

Monthly or annual SOLO subscription to a six-month SOLO subscription
To cancel the automatic renewal and take out a new one, you will need to unsubscribe from your current subscription.

  1. To do this, in the app:
    • Click on "Me" at the bottom right.
    • Then on the cogwheel ⚙️ at the top right
    • Manage subscription
    • Click on "Cancel renewal."

  2. Once your access has expired, you can return to the app and go to the "Subscription" tab to resubscribe and pick up where you left off.

  3. Enter your bank details, confirm, and that's it!
