The process for unsubscribing depends on your subscription type. If you have taken a subscription on the website then the unsubscription will be done only on the website. If you subscribed via the application, then your unsubscription will be done via Google or Apple depending on your device type.
You would like to cancel :
1. Your subscription contracted on the Website
2. Your subscription paid via GooglePlay
3. Your subscription paid via the Appstore
1. Cancelling your subscription contracted on the website
- Log on to https://www.petitbambou.com/en/app/account?st=sb with the email address linked to the subscription
- Click on STOP SUBSCRIPTION.
- Your access will be available until the expiry date.
2. Cancelling your subscription contracted via GooglePlay
- In our app, click on the me button
- Click to the settings button (top right)
- Click on manage subscription
- Petit Bambou
- Cancel subscription
- No thanks
- Cancel subscription
Your Petit BamBou subscription doesn't appear in the list?
Make sure you are logged in with the correct GooglePlay account (i.e. the one used to make the payment).
To change your Google account, click on your profile picture on the Playstore application. Click on the arrow (pointing down) to the right of your email address to view all your other accounts.
You can also look for your order receipt that GooglePlay sent you in order to find the Google Account with which you made the payment.
Option 2:
If you have switched from an Android phone to an iPhone, no worries, you can also manage your subscription from the Playstore website.
3. Cancelling your subscription contracted via Apple
- In our app, click on the me button
- Click to the settings button (top right)
- Click on manage subscription
- Petit Bambou
- You can now cancel your subscription
If you have switched from an iPhone to an Android phone, no worries, you can also manage your subscription from the Appstore.
Make sure you are logged in with your Apple account on https://getsupport.apple.com/
- Type "cancel a subscription" in the central search bar
- Click on manage your subscriptions (or choose to contact Apple by chat/call)
