Monthly SOLO subscription to FAMILY subscription
- Log in to https://www.petitbambou.com/en/app/account?st=sb
- Click on "Change offer." If the button does not appear, contact us here.
- Choose your new subscription plan (Family monthly or annual) by clicking on "Choose."
- Enter your bank details, confirm, and that's it!
- You will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes.
SOLO annual subscription to FAMILY annual subscription
- Log in to https://www.petitbambou.com/en/app/account?st=sb
- Click on "Change offer." If the button does not appear, contact us here.
- You can switch to the annual Family subscription by clicking on "Choose."
- If you wish to switch to a lower-priced offer (monthly Family), please follow these steps.
- Then enter your bank details, confirm, and that's it!
- You will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes.
Annual SOLO subscription to a monthly FAMILY subscription
You will first need to cancel your annual subscription renewal and
wait
for it to end before subscribing to the monthly Family subscription.

- Click on "Cancel renewal."
- Once your access has expired, please return to our website to resubscribe and regain access to your sessions and progress.
- You will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes.
SOLO half-yearly subscription to FAMILY subscription
You will first need to cancel the renewal of your half-yearly subscription
and wait for it to expire before subscribing to the Family subscription.

- Click on "Me" at the bottom right
- Then on the cogwheel ⚙️ at the top right
- Manage subscription
- Click on "Cancel renewal" or "Manage in Apple/Google Store.
- Once your access has expired, go to our website to resubscribe and regain access to your sessions and progress.
- You will receive a confirmation email within a few minutes.
