From the application:
Go to the Me tab, then to Settings ( ), and finally to Preferences.
Then check off the types of mail you no longer wish to receive.
From the website :
Log in via this link and then to the Preferences (e-mail) tab. You can check off the emails you do not wish to receive anymore.
