I forgot my password or I can't reset my password

Reset your password

First of all, you can click on Forgot password? on the login page:

You will then receive an email (at the address you gave when you created your Petit BamBou account) to reset your password. You can then follow the instructions to choose your new password and reconnect to Petit BamBou.If you have not received this password, check your spam folder!

Finally, if you have not received this email, you can contact our customer service.

Also check if you are connected to the right email address, as a reminder, a Petit BamBou account or subscription = an email address + a password 

Request a new password

We can generate a new password for you! Don't hesitate to contact us at help@petitbambou.com  with the email address associated with your Petit BamBou account and we'll help you log in easily by providing you with a temporary password (which you can then change in your account settings).
