There are two ways to activate it: scan the QR code or enter the code manually.
1. Scan the QR code on your card
Once scanned, you will be redirected to our website or app. If necessary, log in to an existing account or create a Petit BamBou account. Then, click on the "Activate my code" button.
2. Enter the code manually
You can do this directly in the app or on our website.
a. In the app
Click on "Me" at the bottom right of your screen, then on the cogwheel at the top right. Finally, click on "Activate a gift code", enter the code, and confirm it to activate your access.
b. On the website
Go to https://www.petitbambou.com/en/activate-gift-card
Log in to an existing account or create a Petit BamBou account, then enter the code that was sent to you with the card, and that's it!

Note: If you already have an active subscription, you will not be able to activate your gift card right away. You will first need to cancel your current subscription and wait for it to end before you can activate your gift card. Be sure to use the same email address to activate your gift card so that you can find all your progress and pick up your sessions where you left off.
