I get an error message when activating my gift card

You have just received a gift card that you would like to activate on our site, but the message Invalid card or already used, please check your entry is displayed?

Please check that you have entered the 8-digit code on the card correctly: the code is a combination of numbers and letters, with no spaces between the characters. Beware of the frequent confusion between the 0 (zero) and the o (letter). 

If the same error message keeps appearing even though you have entered the correct code, do not hesitate to contact us at help@petitbambou.com and attach the gift card with the gift code to your message, we will activate it for you!
