All our programs are designed by meditation professionals who are also specialists in the subjects covered.
Each program consists of several sessions and we advise you to follow the order of the sessions as they progress logically and can be complementary.
However, if you do not like a session, if you are not sensitive to it, you are free to skip this session by using the "skip to the next session" feature ( see our article How to skip sessions I'm not interested in?).
On the contrary, if you fall in love with a session (we all have one favourite session, don't we?), you can also replay it whenever you want (by clicking directly on the title of the session). You can also add this session to your favourites.
Finally, if you have a subscription, you can also start any program you like. There are no right or wrong program, each one brings a new or different perspective to the practice; we are confident that you will do them all in the end!
You can even start several at the same time, sometimes it is good to vary the topics and alternate between a session/program with a "heavy" and very engaging theme and a more casual one:)
