First, you must cancel the automatic renewal of your current subscription, wait for it to end, and then return to our website to subscribe to the offer.

If you have a six-month subscription, you can unsubscribe from our app.
To do so, in the app:
- click on "me"
- the settings button (top right)
- manage subscription
You will be redirected to your subscription list on your Google or Apple account (depending on your device), where you can click on Petit BamBou to cancel it.
Once your subscription has ended, you can return to our website to enjoy the offer. You can also check your status with our partner, Unidays, to see if you are eligible.
