From too much documentation about anxiety and mind/ thoughts i developed a fake idea that in order for me to be ok there should be no thoughts at all .. and because of this i got to be afraid and terrified every time i had a thought . Also a bit about ego and what is it and how to deal with it would be very useful .. unfortunately even though mindfulness is simple it can be tricky and dangerous even, if you don't know where to inform from . I hope this subject is worth reading and considering
