Does anyone find that when they are meditating they have no thoughts at all. But struggle to do a meditation practice at the times they need to do the practice. I am a learner so I am making it a habit by doing a session every day. But I am doing the sessions when I am at my calmest. I can't seem to do it when I need to do it, if that makes sense
