I get mood swings often-im super happy and the next minute,I'm angry,sad etc. so yeah..
You can use meditation to help you focus not focus on the emotion you are feeling, but why you are feeling it. Anytime you find yourself in a mad mood swing just try to focus on your breath and see the big picture. For example if you are out at lunch with a fiend and they keep making you annoyed, then just focus on your breathing and ask yourself "why are they making me mad and how can i fix this". Whenever you have a bad mood swing, try not to be around others because you could lash out at them without meaning to harm them. Hope this helps :)
