    Saya mulai meditasi sejak juni2020 . Saya mulai belajar tidak langsung posisi duduk tetapi terlentang dikasur dulu setelah nyaman menutup mata sambil mengatur nafas saya mulai mulai posisi bersila sampai sekarang
