It is very tough to concentrate sometimes due to some thoughts striking in the mind. It prohibits to concentrate on the breath and then it further leads to a different thought all over. How do I control it? It is very annoying as I wish to keep my mind cool and stable. Help me out please.

I struggle with that sometimes, its quite annoying I know very well where you are coming from, but what always helps. Is to accept the thoughts being there. Let my minding wonder with kindness and then on its own speed let myself get back focusing (welcoming your mind back with a lot of kindness) on the breathing rhythm without forcing! I hope this helps.
