We are all born with the physical ability to breathe. But our natural breathing is altered by the pace of our lives.
Yet, breathing is a vital function that we can all easily manage. Simple to access, natural and effective for both the beginner and the advanced, breathing allows us to balance the body and the mind.
There is no restriction to the practice of breathing. However, it is recommended that you never force yourself, and if you have difficulties, we invite you to return to natural breathing.
It is better to start the exercises by taking the time to discover them at your own pace and to listen to yourself, the practice should always be pleasant.
