The process for unsubscribing depends on your subscription type. If you have taken a subscription on the website then the unsubscription will be done only on the website. If you subscribed via the application, then your unsubscription will be done via Google or Apple depending on your device type.


You would like to cancel :

1. Your subscription contracted on the Website
2. Your subscription paid via GooglePlay
3. Your subscription paid via the Appstore

 

By cancelling your subscription, you cancel the automatic renewal.  The cancellation will be effective at the end of the current subscription period. 

Your access will therefore be automatically cut off upon the expiry date. 

 

 

1. Cancelling your subscription contracted on the website (monthly or yearly)

 

 

2. Cancelling your subscription contracted via GooglePlay (monthly or semestral)

Option 1 (the easiest way!):

  • In our app, click on the me button
  • Click to the settings button (top right)
  • Click on manage my subscription
  • "Petit Bambou" should appear in the subscriptions list
  • You can now cancel your subscription.

Your Petit BamBou subscription doesn't appear in the list? 

Make sure you are logged in with the correct GooglePlay account (i.e. the one used to make the payment).
To change your Google account, click on your profile picture on the Playstore application. Click on the arrow (pointing down) to the right of your email address to view all your other accounts.

 

Option 2:

If you have switched from an Android phone to an iPhone, no worries, you can also manage your subscription from the Playstore website.

 

 

3. Cancelling your subscription contracted via your Apple account (monthly or semestral)

Option 1 (the easiest!):

  • In our app, click on the me button
  • Click the settings button (top right)
  • Click on manage my subscription
  • Petit Bambou should appear in the list of subscription
  • You can now cancel your subscription.

Option 2: 

If you have switched from an iPhone to an Android phone, no worries, you can also manage your subscription from the Appstore: 

Make sure you are logged in with the right email address.

- Type "cancel a subscription" in the central search bar
- Click on manage your subscriptions
An Itunes window will open and all your Apple subscriptions will appear in it
- Click on the Petit BamBou subscription and then on "edit" at the end of the line.
- Then click on "cancel subscription".
If iTunes is not installed on your device, you can contact the Apple support center via chat or by phone.
