To solve it, we invite you to do the following:
- Open the Google PlayStore, and open the menu on the top left, click on Settings, and then click on PlayStore Version (This will update the PlayStore version if it wasn't the case).
- Go to your Phone Settings, then on Applications > Google Play Store > Storage, and click on Delete Data.
- Restart your smartphone
- You can now try the subscription process again.
