Don't worry, it's impossible to "lose" your subscription.
All subscriptions are associated with an email address. If you have recently changed your phone, make sure you are logged in with the correct email address to retrieve your sessions. A typing error can change everything, be careful!
If you have two devices, and access to the complete catalog is only unlocked on one of the devices, it means that you are connected with two different accounts. Make sure you are logged in with the same email address on both devices.
