To obtain an invoice for your annual subscription, simply send us your request by email at support@petitbambou.zendesk.com. Please provide us with your contact details and we will send it back to you once it has been established.
However, we do not issue invoices for monthly subscriptions, sorry.
If you have subscribed via the App Store or Google Play, you must request an invoice directly from Google or Apple, as they directly manage your account.
