>Click on the crown at the top left on the program page.
>There you will see a link that says "restore" or "restore purchases" in the middle of the page. Click on it. >This button replays the subscription process by retrieving your initial payment information (but obviously without any additional payment).
>You can now restart the application to reactivate the subscription.
If the subscription does not appear in the list, it means that the payment has not been processed.
