We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
First of all, make sure:
- To have a good network connection (Wifi or 3G)
- To have the rights to read this program / session (it is part of your subscription and you have already completed the previous sessions of this program).
- To have the latest update of the application
Try if possible to:
- Uninstall and reinstall the application. Your history will be kept.
If your session is cut, or chopped:
Try to activate the new player. When you launch our application, click on "Me" at the bottom right of your screen.
- Then, on the gearwheel (top right).
- Preferences
- finally, activate the new player by pressing the button next to the word "Player".
If you are stuck on the program and the sessions do not start:
Contact us on support_intl@petitbambou.com. One of your old sessions was probably miscounted, we will unlock it manually. Tell us the program you are blocking on.
If not, also try to :
- To dislodge you from the app Petit BamBou and to relogin you
- Otherwise, close the application completely and open it again
- Otherwise check on our website or on our twitter account if we do not have any technical problems
