Subscription not working with Google Play
Occasionally (and fortunately very rarely), there's a communication problem between Google Play and Petit BamBou when a new subscription is created. You may have received confirmation of your subscription but have no access to the meditation sessions.
In the unlikely event that this occurs, please send us your invoice and the email address you used for the payment, to the following address: support@petitbambou.zendesk.com
But if you see little padlock symbols on the sessions, that's perfectly normal! The sessions are unlocked as you progress through them, exactly as with the discovery programme, because the meditations follow each other in a logical order. For example, to play session 3 of a given programme, you first have to complete sessions 1 and 2. You can also have a number of programmes in progress at the same time.
