The two approaches are complementary. Meditating with Petit BamBou accompanies and supports your daily practice.
If you like, take an MBSR course with an instructor or try out a few occasional meditation sessions with serious, qualified coaches. This is usually a good opportunity to get an expert opinion on your practice or to ask questions, or even to develop your practice by meditating for longer periods (sessions lasting several hours or retreats, for example).
