We have never encountered any risks associated with meditating, provided that:

  • you don't practice meditation in a dangerous context (while driving or carrying out a sporting activity, for example)
  • you don't meditate for too long or too intensely every day
  • you don't already have acute psychological or behavioural problems. If this is the case, it is better to visit a professional who will be able to guide and assist you. In fact, we recommend that you don't use this service at all
