My subscription doesn't work
Occasionally (and fortunately very rarely), there's a communication problem between iTunes and Petit BamBou when a new subscription is created. This is often due to a network failure – even a very brief one – which means that the information doesn't get through correctly.
We have created a solution: Simply tap on the drop-down menu, top left in your app, then tap 'Subscription' and you will see an option marked 'Restore'. (bottom left of the screen)
This option repeats the subscription process by recovering the information related to your initial payment (but don't worry – you won't be charged twice!)
